Spa Preparations and Considerations

Payment Methods

We accept the following Major Credit & Debit Cards:
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

No Personal Checks will be accepted under any circumstance.

Spa Policies

Please leave your valuables at home as we will not be held responsible for your lost items.

The Spa is a place for relaxation and pampering.
It is not a safe place for children. Please make child care arrangements when scheduling your spa appointment.

Please be considerate of our spa Guests, Cell phones must be turned off during your spa visit.  

Spa Packages

For your convenience, lockers, robes, sandals and lunch are provided in all Beauty Day Packages. 

Beauty Day Packages must be paid in full prior to your appointment. You may pay over the phone or by purchasing a Bodies & Faces Gift Card.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your spa appointment.

Spa Appointments

These appointments have been especially designed for you. Any spa appointment of 2 hours or more must be reserved with a credit card.

Cancellation

 If you must cancel, Spa Appointments require 24 hours notice; Spa  Day Packages require 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service. A no show will result in a 100% charge of your service.

Treatment Packages

Endermologie and Skin Rejuvenation Treatments must be paid in full prior to your first treatment session.

If you cancel a treatment session, you must reschedule it for that same week. Failure to do so or a no show will result in a lost session from your treatment package.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of any service, package, or Bodies & Faces Gift Card. For those wishing to show appreciation for a job well done, gratuity envelopes are available at the spa reception area. It is customary to give 15-20% of the service price.

Gift Cards

A Bodies & Faces Gift Card can be purchased for any amount that you choose which can be redeemed for any of our services and merchandise. Gift cards expire one year from purchase date and are considered the same as cash. If you lose your gift card Bodies & Faces cannot replace it.
