Spa Policies
Our desire is for you to enjoy your experience during your stay with us. To help this happen please ensure you secure all valuables as we can not take responsible for any items lost or damaged during your visit.
The Spa is a place of relaxation and pampering, therefore be considerate to our spa guests and refrain from loud conversations, and ensure cell phones remain turned off during your spa visit to ensure you enjoy your experience to the fullest.
It is not a safe for children, please make child care arrangements when scheduling your spa appointment.
GUEST POLICIES
All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older. Parents of guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian for all massages and body treatments conducted. Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or if wheel chair accommodations are required.
SPA PACKAGES
For your convenience, lockers, robes, sandals and lunch are provided in all Beauty Day Packages.
Beauty Day Packages must be paid in full prior to your appointment.
Payments may be made over the phone or by purchasing a Bodies and Faces Gift Card.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment.
SPA APPOINTMENTS
These appointments have being design especially for you. Any Spa appointment of 2 hours or more must be reserve with a deposit.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are required based on services requested. Deposits are non-refundable and will be use towards your services. Spa appointments require a 24-hour cancelation notice, to be able to use your deposit in the future. Failure to do so or a no show will result in the loss of your deposit.
CANCELATION
If you must cancel, Spa appointments require 24 hours notice; Spa Day Packages require 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service. A no show will result in a 100% charge of your service.
TREATMENT PACKAGES
Endermologie, Skin Rejuvenation and Weight-loss Treatments must be paid in full prior to your first treatment session. If you cancel a treatment session, you must reschedule it for the same week. Failure to do so or a no show will result in a lost session from your treatment package.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the price of any service, package or Bodies and Faces Gift Card. For those wishing to show appreciation for a job well done, gratuity envelopes are available at the Spa reception area. It is customary to give 15-20% of the spa service price. Gratuities cannot be given with a gift card.
GIFT CARDS
A Bodies and Faces Gift Card can be purchased for any amount that you choose ($25 minimum) which can be redeem for any of our spa services and merchandise. Gift Cards expire one year from purchase date and are considered the same as cash. If you lose your gift Card, Bodies and Faces cannot replace it. Gift cards cannot be refunded. All sales are final for gift cards.
PAYMENT
Bodies and Faces accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept personal checks under any circumstances. We honor Bodies and Faces Gift Cards.
COUPONS
Coupons cannot be combined with any other promotion.
Weekly specials cannot be paid with Bodies & Faces Gift Card.
